Licensed esthetician with over two decades of experience, known for a corrective, function-focused approach to skin health. She is the founder of the HHP Collective, where she leads practitioner-led education centered on clinical reasoning and meaningful community.
Dr. Sherrie Tennessee, Ph.D., CHE
Spa and wellness educator with over 20 years of experience in the beauty, spa, and wellness industries, including work as a massage therapist, nail technician, spa owner, professor, speaker, and educator. Dr. Tennessee holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Abby Shiber Picou, LE, LMT
Licensed esthetician and massage therapist, and the founder of The Hive Retreat. Inside the HHP Collective, Abby hosts Collective Conversations, creating space for open dialogue, shared experience, and real-time connection among members.
Soo-Jin Yang
Master Lash Artist, founder of illumino, and inventor of the patented Lynk-Gel® Lash Method and Device, which uses LED light to cure lash adhesive. Soo-Jin is a licensed manicurist, esthetician, and cosmetologist and has worked in the lash industry since 2006. She received the Industry Impact Award at LashCon 2024 and runs education and certification programs for lash professionals.
